Shipping Policy

All items ship via USPS to United States residence only. Packages that are 16oz or less will be mailed via USPS First Class. All others will be mailed via USPS priority shipping. Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not counted as a business day. Ordering customers will be sent an email with tracking information. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder. Please use the USPS tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status. You as the customer are responsible for providing a secure delivery location. Cathy's Shimmer Boutique LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Every item is carefully packaged and placed in bubble mailers to insure no damage during delivery. In the unfortunate case that an item gets damaged during shipping please contact me with a photo of the damaged item within 2 business days of receipt. We will at our discretion, replace, repair, or issue store credit to you. If you wish for a refund, repair, or store credit you must send the item back to me before a credit or replacement will be given. You are responsible for paying the shipping to send a damaged item back.  We reserve the right to refuse service to any party that abuses our policy. No refunds.
